Serious analysis of the impact of the economic crisis on consumers' expenditures on wireless must take account of the relative priorities of multiple diverse categories of expenditure, and how the various outlays are viewed on a scale from essential to discretionary and luxury in light of consumers' current financial situations and perceptions of their future.
