"targeted Therapies" can have Serious side effects

Targeted therapies have incraesed response rates in several advanced cancers such as colorectal, renal, pancreatic , and non-small lung cancer.
None of the natural compounds have been approved as a medication yet in the US.

Many of the "targeted " agents such as Avastin, Nexavar, and Tarceva,  have serious side effects such as hypertension, increased bleeding, rash, fatigue, diarrhea , and increased infection rates.
