Derek Dorn was Staff Director of the Senate Finance Subcommittee on Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure, and Senior Finance Counsel to Energy and Natural Resources Committee Chairman Jeff Bingaman until June 2011. Larry Mitchell previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the American Corn Growers Association. Mr. Dorn and Mr. Mitchell will also address:
