Analysis of:Cancer drug 'fuels tumour growth' | news.bbc.co.uk

This is an excellent paper to demonstrate the importance of a good phase I trial with detailed pharmacokinetics, dosing and continuous vs. bolus administration of each anti cancer drugs. The finding regarding low dosing of this drug as causative of enhancement of cancer should not effect the potential use of this drug, especially in combination with anti VEGF-R2 drugs currently in use.
