It's not easy to remain an old-media, dead-tree publication in the new-media age we've entered. Publications like the Tribune need to completely reinvent themselves for the news delivery channels their readers want and expect. Younger readers don't get their news from print or TV, they get real time updates from their circle of friends in social online networks, and from news feeds they trust. But the key to become a trusted feed is to BE a feed, not a print publication that is outdated the minute ink hits paper.
