It is clear that GM wants to change. The question is: can they? Success is about action not just words. And for GM, it will be all about execution and delivery. In my view, their strategic focus should be Cars #1; Culture #2; and Customers #3 because the reality is if they don't get #1 and 2 done right, there will be no #3. GM must earn their way back on shopping lists. They must make some big promises and over-deliver in a very big way and in everything they do.
