Another empty threat towards the only industry in the country that keeps the locals from riding donkeys and complaining about the down turn in the opium trade to China...
I love this, coming from a country who's sand has so much nuclear residue that newly constructed buildings have been abandoned because the concrete sent the geiger counter soaring.
This is great marketing to "scoop" a little petty cash from the oil company's.  Don't be fooled, this isn't about any real concern for the environment.
