A family meets today to hear the complexities of a bid for Dow Jones | www.nytimes.com

Once the Bancroft Family et al get past the emotional aspect of selling Dow Jones to Murdoch, it's clear it is truly a match made in heaven. I guess everyone has a different perspective on heaven, the curent business media marketplace makes this a good fit. While Dow Jones has a storied history with WSJ and Barron's, the times they are a changing. Ad pages are decreasing, the saturday launch was less than a total success, a marriage with NewsCorp, especially Fox Business Channel will bode well for Dow Jones.
