Cost of goods in China are increasing dramatically over the last few years The cost of compliance has and will increase dramatically as well. The internal regulatory costs for compliance has increased as well. Working with China is not cheap and we should look at China more as a part of a strategic sourcing plan and not as a cheap cost of goods center.
