YRC Worldwide Needs a Total Restructuring If the Stock Is To Rebound | transport.seekingalpha.com
Dear Council members, I wanted to write this analysis, due to the fact that this morning I received a couple of phone calls from some very good friends of mine. These individuals have stock interest, in some very large publicly owned transportation companies. Our conversation started as Tony, what is your take on our quarterly dividend losses, is it the C.E.O. or what? I began by saying I just gave an opinion regarding this very issue, to members of a council I belong too. This issue can take one page to explain, or two hundred pages. I'm going to try an explain my belief regarding this very scenario, but please understand, my analysis are strictly written by my own experiences, and what has worked for me as a business owner. What truly surprised me, was the fact these individuals agreed with my synopsis. I've known these individuals for years and there anything less than agreeable.

In response to Mr. Schulze's article, The FMCSA was implemented to insure all federal transportation guidelines are enforced on a federal level. As businessman in the transportation industry, what we seem to forget is this fact, the FMCSA is a very small entity in the scope of things, trying to police the globe.

Rail, Intermodal Levels Fall | www.ttnews.com
In regards to Mr. Mcwilliams articles, your commentary is right , but to be honest it looks like a page right out of a college workbook. Please note below, I will break down some of your commentary, to insure I explain why my opinion differs from yours.
Night road work, do we have the proper funding?
July 12, 2007
Danger: More Night Roadwork Ahead | online.wsj.com
Dear Mr. Karr, Your article brought up some very key issues, regarding night construction. I believe the key issue here, has to do with the states inability to properly enforce these laws. To elaborate; the cost for each state to insure all drivers follow state and federal laws, not to mention their own municipality laws pertaining to night roadwork would be astronomical. In my opinion, I believe the states our doing a phenomenal job enforcing these laws, even though they have very limited law enforcement personal. If we take a look at some of the federal and state laws that have been implemented in the past ten years, there approach is correct but without the proper funding they can't be legally enforced .
IRS laws, alot of retoric or facts?
July 9, 2007
Insurance or not? IRS provides some guidance | www.irs.gov
Please understand; I'm a firm believer in the U.S. government, although as a U.S. citizen at times I might not always agree with their policies or tactics. The Internal Revenue Service laws and policies are written in a very vague manner, and can be interpreted in multiple contexts. I fully understand and respect the fact, that the Internal Revenue Service is a very small entity trying to mandate laws throughout the U.S., but when laws are written in an interpretation manner, it only leaves individuals dazed and confused. One last point regarding my key implications, the Internal Revenue Service laws have become so vague, that even accounting firms have become confused regarding the proper deductions pertaining to said IRS laws.
