Growth in Off-shoring continues to grow despite the worldwide crisis, growth has slowed down compared to previous years (to 4 to 7%) but compare slow growth with revenue decline and losses in another industries. At the same time, nothing seems to change the well known fact that a high percentage of the Off-shoring (and Outsourcing) deals do not produce the benefits expected. Some industry observers have reported 30 to 50% different levels of failure rate. How to explain and fix this?
