Medicare will be bankrupt by the time I turn 65.  Like it or not, we MUST institute rationing of expensive care, and that includes drugs.  The cost per day of life benefit of Provenge is about $2,000 a day, and all patients treated with it die.  It is insane for an insolvent country to pay for this drug for it's citizens.
