Physician Owned Hospitals Must Compete on Level Playing Field

If the current pending legislation does not ban the physician owned hospital, the legislation should at minimum ensure that these hospitals are forced to compete on a level playing field. This would include requiring them to provide Emergency Services and services needed by the community other than those that are simply the most profitable.
