Although a perfect vision is pursued by every ophthalmic surgeon, it is very important to be sufficiently modest to admit that, in most cases, that goal os not achievable. Lens refilling is an intelligent and original approach to accomodation loss after cataract surgery but there are still a lot of answered questions that will make patient selection a crucial issue when considering the use of this kind of lenses .
