Despite increased shipments the Nintendo Wii will once again be in short supply this holiday season. This of coarse should not come as a suprise since the majority of console sales happen during this time period and consoles are always in short supply. Rather Nintendo's focus must be on its future. Despite its success Nintendo must take care that they do not stumble as both Sony and Microsoft will pounce on any mistake. Areas of concern for Nintendo include the following. 1.) Overreliance on first-party titles 2.) Changing priorities at Nintendo 3.) Poor-quality games

Two or three years ago MySpace Music‘s latest initiative would have been just what the market needed to connect with disillusioned fans. Today it is nothing special. Imeem, Last.fm and iLike (which is partnered with Facebook) all offer the same or very similar offerings. Furthermore, unlike its competitors, the MySpace Music product is a very traditional top-down, record label driven approach. In comparison, Imeem, while licensing music from the four major labels and many of the smaller independent labels as well actual allows users to post music themselves. This allows users to feel much more connected to the product.
