Wockhardt sells 10 hospitals to Fortis | economictimes.indiatimes.com

 Ever since Fortis acquired Escorts in 2005, it has been on a buying spree.The promoters have sold the major stake of Ranbaxy and are now fully focussed on the healthcare market.  And instead of building new hospitals, which have a period of 3-5 years before breaking even, Fortis has started taking over old existent hospitals and renovating them.
