Contrary to my previous analysis regarding this, where I applauded the idea of a LIonsgate/MGM acquisition/merger, I now think that the Spyglass/MGM idea is much better for MGM's debt holders. Even when I taught that Lionsgate's was a great offer, that was BEFORE Spyglass came into play.
