Mexican's moving freight into the U.S. on their equipment???? Come on be realistic about all this..ie: Drugs/ Illegal immigrants /disease / non-process food / animal products/ poor conditioned transportation equipment /unskilled drivers...this is just to name a few issues that the U.S. would be challenged with but on a much larger scale.
