So where is the money going to come from? | www.aviationindustrygroup.com

We can all agree that no matter what the reason, 2009 is going to be ugly on the global scale.  The US airlines may be in a little better shape then those in the rest of the world, but not by much.  The question is, how ugly and for how long will we need to endure the pain.

Goodrich sells MRO facility to Macquarie | www.atwonline.com

Its not always the straight forward dollars and cents that drive transactions like this.  You need to evaluate mutiple factors on why a deal like this is transacted. 1 - Where are does Macquarie fall against their competition. 2 - What are their competitors doing? 3 - What are the driving factors i.e. revenue vs yield 4 - How does an acquisition complement the balance of their businesses.
