Aily Biggs is Advisory CEO at Global Energy Advisory, a specialist energy trading consultancy. Ms. Biggs has a finance background but also extensive knowledge of oil, coal, gas, LNG, electricity, renewable and nuclear trends. She has over 23 years of experience in energy strategy, policy, financing, energy trading, risk management, power distribution, energy company retail, generation, credit risk, sales, IT, billing and settlement processes. She developed a proprietary 134 attribute model for the energy firms of the future. Ms. Biggs has country specific knowledge of most energy markets including the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Russia, China, India and Australia. She has worked for RBS, Energy Australia, UBS, South Western Electricity, Scottish and Southern Energy, and Scottish Nuclear. She was previously Chair of the Secretary of State for Scotland's Energy Leaders Group. She is an expert on demand side energy trading and Electricity Market Rerform in the UK.
