Alan Tse is Senior Manager, Corporate Planning and Development at Next Horizon, a China-based outsourcing consulting firm. He has extensive experience in BPO, from advisory, transition, to implementation and setting up of Shared Service Centres in China, and is experienced in back office process setup and optimization included accounting and finance, procurement, HR, and analytical research covering industries such as market research, logistics, telecommunication, entertainment, shipping and recruitment.
