Albert Farha is the Vice President of Demand planning, supply chain and business teams at Eames Management Group, a retail and management consulting company focusing on international retail development, a position he has held since 2008. In this post, he works in Kuwait with the Middle East’s largest retailer. His responsibilities include demand planning, assortment reduction, inventory turns, lead times, promotional product revenue maximization and inventory control. Prior to this, Mr. Farha was the Demand Planning Department Head for Eldorado Company, the largest consumer electronics retailer in Moscow, Russia, from 2006 to 2007, where he managed implementation of new Demand Planning structure for a $5.4B company. Beforehand, from 2005 to 2006, Mr. Farha was a Director at Best Buy, where he led cross-functional Supply Chain Projects. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Farha was Inventory Director of Best Buy’s Major Appliances, New Stores and Exception Stores, where he managed 3 operating units with total revenue of $1.6B.
