Andy Krause is an Analyst at Greenfield Advisors in Seattle, where he has been since January 2005. His works at Greenfield Advisors has been centered around mass appraisal modeling, analyzing contaminated properties, conservation easement and eminent domain appraises, and real estate literature and theory research. Mr. Krause holds a master's degree in Planning from the University of Arizona. While working towards his graduate degree, he utilized econometric modeling to study the economics of historic preservation in Tucson, Arizona. His undergraduate degree is in Geography, with a minor in GIS, is from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Mr. Krause also has experience in the public planning sector, working in both Wisconsin and Idaho, along with a background in commercial construction. He is a member of the American Real Estate Society, the Lincoln Land Institute, and Mensa International. He was also a past book reviewer for the Regional Science Journal.
