Council Member Biography

Ann Ladish, RN, BSN, CNOR, serves as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager for DataPros for Healthcare and has more than 40 years of clinical and management experience, including Director of Surgical Services, Assistant Director of the Operating Room and Operating Room Instructor. In her previous role as a Senior Consultant for Cardinal Health, Ann has provided clients with Transitional Leadership in Perioperative Services and Applied Information Technology Project Management for ORSOS and Mediware Implementation Assistance engagements. She has provided optimization services in Central Supply and Sterile Processing for a large facility in the Baltimore area. This included implementation of case carting and transition from gas to plasma sterilization. As part of this engagement, she implemented a staff training program to improve the quality of instrument processing. This included tray revisions, tray standardization, implementation of quality monitoring and establishment of back up inventory. (This is me - Update Profile)
