Council Member Biography

Axel Eversberg is the Owner of Eversberg Consulting and a Partner at taskforce, a Germany based interim and project management company. Mr. Eversberg takes over responsibility in the solution of complicated entrepreneurial challenges in small to medium-sized companies. The main focus of his activities is upon the re-positioning of companies, the increasing of the efficiency of organisational units and processes and the temporary taking-over of the business management of companies in special situations. Mr. Eversberg gained more than 20 years of experience as Consultant in the production industry in cost accounting, purchasing, project management, sales and marketing. Projects he worked on had focuses such as company restructuring and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, post merger integration and outsourcing. Mr. Eversberg has successfully worked for companies such as AWB Abfallwirtschaftsbetriebe Köln, Bitburger Brauerei, Dörrenberg Edelstahl, Draegerwerk, Elf Atochem Deutschland, Cologne/Bonn Airport, Munich Airport, Germanischer Lloyd, Franz Haniel & Cie, Karmann, KPMG, Madaus, Readymix, D. Swarovski & Co and Trans-o-flex Schnell-Lieferdienst. Previousley he was a Managing director of consulting firms in the PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Moores Rowland International networks.
