Council Member Biography

Brian Price is the President of Purpose Consulting and Land Development, a consulting firm specializing in the restaurant and retail industry, with clients including franchisees of Applebee's, Famous Dave's, Del Taco, and Ruby's Diner's. Mr. Price has 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He is also a California Real Estate Broker and a LEED accredited professional. Previously, he worked as Chief Administrative and Development Officer for The Breckenridge Group, where he was responsible for supervising the corporate office staff of 40, and new restaurant development for all concepts including Burger King, Applebee's, Arby's, Bruegger's Bagels, Johnny Carino's, Famous Dave's BBQ, Coco's Bakery Restaurant, Ruby's Diner, and On The Border.
