Carl Streck is Principal of Trinity Development Group, LLC. He is also Owner & Principal of MountainSeed Advisors. Throughout his career, Carl Streck has acquired numerous projects, overseen the development of thousand of single and multi-family lots, condominium units, and shopping centers. These projects range in size from 150 lots to over 1,800 units. Additionally, Mr. Streck has performed loan portfolio analysis, impairment analysis, and valuation on over $100 billion in commercial real estate loans for various clients throughout the United States. At Trinity Development, Mr. Streck oversees the acquisition of single family homes, lots, and multi-family rental units in the Southeastern United States and develops and maintains relationships with Trinity's existing and new investment partners. Mr. Streck has taken the relationships from his years in the development business, and now uses those to find new sources of deals. He is active in various community and business organizations including Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and he is Founder of the YPO Atlanta Real Estate Council. (This is me - Update Profile)
