Charles Irsch is the Principal at 10point2 Consulting, a real estate and strategic information systems consulting company. Previously, he served as a Vice President of Information Systems and Chief Information Officer at Centex Homes, where he directed development and implementation of enterprise-wide system strategies and tactics for the home builder with real estate and construction operations in the US and UK. At Centex, Mr. Irsch was recognized as a leader in the application of technology to the home building industry, and founded and co-chaired the industry's CIO group. Mr. Irsch has expertise in B2B and supply chain issues, project scheduling, residential CRM strategies, business and technology alignment for E&C, and design merchandising systems. Prior to Centex, Mr. Irsch was a Principal at Integrated Services, a consultancy serving clients in a variety of industries, including real estate construction and development. Job reductions will continue until organizations find the appropriate staffing level to match building volumes.
