Charles Young is the Owner of TBI Consulting, a tobacco consultant for several large wholesale and retail operations. Previously, he was a Business Team Manager at North Atlantic Trading Company, from 2002 to December 2004. At North Atlantic Trading, Mr. Young was responsible for an 11 states at the wholesale and retail level in the Northeast division. His responsibilities included attending trade shows, hiring, and training. Mr. Young was given the CEO award for helping to increase market share by 40% in two years. He is familiar with large distribution companies likeMcLane,E B Brown, Core Mark, J Polep, Pine State trading.
