He was in parallel CEO of Data Transfer and Communications Limited, UK Wireless IP. Held senior roles at Sony Ericsson including GM; Head of Industry Collaboration - new technologies, ventures and strategic projects; and Head of Sourcing with $8.5BN spend worldwide. He has Over 20 years in the wireless industry, sales, engineering, marketing, management; telecom, military, medical and computing markets. He was the President of Digit Wireless - IP; and divisional head at TRW/Lucas. His expertise includes wireless, elmech, touch, projects, trends, Smartphone's, hardware, applications and business models. He is a Board member of NCTA, Companion of Chartered Management Institute UK, member IEEE and of Advisory Committee of the Congressional Internet Caucus in Washington DC. Nokia communicators reviewed in the US is important, we've missed the point for a while here, so coverage is cool. Seeding the enterprise driven smartphone market with a real device that bridges submini notebooks and high end phones is an important door opener/wedge to get business ready to support phones in a better way. ID isnt everything. Its not a consumer device - clearly, but you dont use this to look good.
