Dana Frix is a Corporate Partner at New York-based Chadbourne & Parke and is Chair of the firm's Washington, D.C. based communications, media and technology practice. Mr. Frix counsels clients on corporate, public policy, regulatory and antitrust matters affecting CMT companies including, most recently, CleanTech companies. He also advises clients with regard to civil and administrative litigation matters arising from policies of the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice. Mr. Frix's representative clients include domestic and foreign telephone companies, private equity and hedge fund interests, investment banks, cable companies, wireless operators, satellite providers, fiber optic providers, content providers, marketing companies, and hardware and software companies. He has published many articles on telecommunication matters, including on broadband, customer equipment access charge, VoIP and Digital Television issues. (This is me - Update Profile)
