Council Member Biography

David Faulkner is CEO/President of Decisive Management Professionals International (DMPI), LLC since 2004. DMPI is a defense consulting firm dedicated to the advancement of strategic and operational planning, targeting and intelligence, C4ISR systems, doctrine evolution and weapon system capabilities analysis, and requirements definition for Department of Defense (DOD) Combatant Commands, Services and Agencies. From 1980 to 2004, Mr. Faulkner served the nation as a commissioned officer in numerous senior leadership positions, including service as Director of Plans and Targeting for US Central Command for Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Faulkner is the recognized DOD expert on Joint Targeting, Collateral Damage Estimation, vulnerability analysis and munitions effectiveness capabilities and is also a regional expert on Europe, the Middle East and Southwest Asia with over 15 years of experience with foreign militaries and the US Department of State.
