David Känzig is a Partner at Thouvenin rechtsanwälte, a Swiss law firm. Mr. Känzig represents primarily foreign companies seeking to do business in Switzerland. He has M&A experience across industries, which ranges from smaller acquisitions to multi billion dollar deals. Mr. Känzig advises companies on investing in Switzerland and has also advised bidders in a hostile takeover in Switzerland. He has a financial market and telecommunications background, on both contractual and regulatory matters. Mr. Känzig is specializes on ISDA and similar agreements involving Swiss counterparties.
