Council Member Biography

Dennis Speigel is President of International Theme Park Services, Inc. (ITPS), an Ohio-based consulting firm to the leisure industry. Mr. Speigel’s experience includes overseeing aspects of theme park developments, including site negotiation, construction, operations, revenue programs, marketing plans, and project profitability. ITPS is a full-service company in its 27th year, and has worked on 450 projects in 45 countries. Mr. Speigel is a highly quoted industry professional, having been interviewed by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Washington Post, LA Times, London Times, China Post, Bloomberg, Park World, and Fun World. Because of his financial insight of the industry, Mr. Speigel has consulted on major transactions, including Six Flags, Anheuser Busch, Cedar Fair, and Universal Studios.
