Dinesh Pillutla is the Managing Director at Property Investment Research in Australia. Property Investment Research is a provider of independent property funds research and analysis to investment managers, financial planners, stockbrokers, corporate advisers and property professionals. Mr. Pillutla is responsible for managing the company’s property business and has over 19 years of experience in a range of roles across the property and IT sectors. Over the last 10 years, he has built up a considerable track record in the listed and unlisted property sectors in a number of roles at AMP Capital, Aegis and Southern Cross Equities. Prior to joining Aegis, Mr. Pillutla was employed at Southern Cross Equities and has consistently been rated as one of the top analysts in his property coverage universe. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from Queensland University of Technology.
