Mr. Donald Eames

Council Member Biography

Donald Eames is the President and CEO of Eames Management Group, a management consulting company. Prior to this, Mr. Eames was a Board Member and the Vice President of Operations and Business Development for the Eldorado Company, Russia's largest retailer, with over 800 retail stores specializing in consumer and mobile electronics. His responsibilities included, building an organizational structure to support 21st century retail, leading the management of the retail store organization for Eldorado, ETO / Mobile Salons and developing the business strategy. Previously, Mr. Eames was with Best Buy from 1990 to 2006, where he held a variety of positions including Senior Vice President of Retail Growth Strategies in 2006, Senior Vice President of Retail Support from 2005 to 2006, Senior Vice President of Retail Stores from 2002-2005 and Regional Vice President of Texas from 1996-2002.
