Mr. Ed Falco

Council Member Biography

Ed Falco is currently a Managing Associate with Auriemma Consulting Group. Mr. Falco has extensive experience in the card industry and has experience ranging from complex product configuration problems to TSYS and FDR platform support to portfolio migration between banks to traditional operations problems. In his most recent role, Mr. Falco launched revolving and micro-loan products for CompuCredit (2005- March 2007). These were delivered through several operating platforms, using both closed-loop and Discover Network configurations. Previously, Mr. Falco was recruited by Fleet Bank’s credit card practice. In this role he reported to the COO and broadened his operational skill set in roles that included collections and customer service workforce planning, MIS report centralization and the establishment of key metric dashboard reporting. Mr. Falco also took responsibility for the collections transition during Bank of America’s acquisition of Fleet. (This is me - Update Profile)
