Edward Baim is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Baim Enterprises, a 9 unit McDonald's franchise headquartered in Cherry Hill, NJ. Mr. Baim has been with the McDonald's system for more than 35 years. His stores are located in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and the Western Philadelphia suburbs. He was a recent member of the National Leadership Council until December 2007 and has served as Co-President of the McDonald's Association of Owner/Operators of the Greater Philadelphia Region until December 2004. He has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Region. He also served for more than 15 years on the Owner Operator National Advertising Committee of McDonald's Corporation.
