Elizabeth "Beth" Robertson is Director of Payments Research at Javelin Strategy and Research, Inc. With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Ms. Robertson has expertise in payments networks and services, including ACH, card, check, and alternative payment systems. She also has extensive expertise in electronic bill and invoice presentment and payment services, emerging internet/mobile payment and funds transfer services, remittance transfer, and walk-in payment services. Ms. Robertson currently serves as Chair of NACHA’s Council for Electronic Billing and Payment. Previously, she served as Partner and Managing Director of Camino Consulting, advising clients on a wide array of payments services, including enterprise payment services and strategy, delivery channels, and related financial service industry initiatives such as business strategy, product positioning, and market entry. Prior to her work with Camino Consulting, Ms. Robertson was Senior Manager at First Annapolis Consulting, Inc., and she also previously served as Line-of-Business Director for Banking and Payments at TowerGroup, where she was responsible for oversight of consulting engagements with a banking or payments services focus. She was also previously Research Director in the Global Payments practice at TowerGroup.
