Elliott Portnoy is Partner and Global Chief Executive at SNR Denton LLP in Washington, DC. Mr. Portnoy also leads the National Public Law & Policy Strategies Group. He represents clients on a variety of public policy matters, and specializes in legislative and regulatory advocacy, federal and state campaign finance and election law, compliance, political intelligence, grassroots mobilization, crisis management, coalition building, and public policy management. Mr. Portnoy has represented corporations, trade associations, creditors committees, private equity and hedge funds, local governments, educational institutions, foreign governments, and nonprofit organizations in a broad variety of government affairs matters and legislative efforts before Congress and Executive Branch departments and agencies, as well as state legislatures and other public bodies.
