Enrique has 10 years experience of Transport Planning and Engineering in the UK with Colin Buchanan and has been in charge of jointly running the Madrid office since November 2007. Buchanan Consultores, under Enrique, specialises in advising concessionaires on investments in road, rail and building commerce and advising public sector on transport policy and expenditure.
