François Brouxel is Partner at Wildgen in Luxembourg, where his field of activity includes corporate law as well as financial law. Mr. Brouxel is regularly involved in dossiers dealing with merger-acquisitions, banking and insurance advisory services, estate planning and contentious business matters. He is a Court Advocate and holds a Master’s degree in private law, business law option, as well as a DESS in business law and taxation awarded him by Nancy II University.
