Council Member Biography
Frank Bieganousky is Managing Associate of Montesino Group in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Bieganousky has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical packaging industry in both commercial and technical development functions, and was most recently Director of Healthcare Business Development for TEKNI-FILMS, a division of Tekni-Plex, Inc. His previous positions include Package Development Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb, as well as business development and marketing positions at AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) and Rexam Medical Packaging. Mr. Bieganousky has extensive technical and commercial experience combined with the unique perspective of being both a user and developer of blister packaging materials for the pharmaceutical market.
