Frank H. Hackmann is a Partner in the St. Louis Office of Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal. Mr. Hackmann provides legal advice on a wide variety of environmental topics including establishing and maintaining effective environmental compliance monitoring programs, integrating environmental issues into business strategic planning, advising on permits and permit applications, evaluating the environmental aspects of various business transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, representing PRP's in Superfund issues, and handling other related environmental and enforcement matters, including the negotiation of voluntary site cleanups. He is a frequent speaker and author on a wide variety of environmental and regulatory topics, including the Clean Air Act, Superfund and Hazardous Waste, the Clean Water Act, California Proposition 65 and developing and implementing effective environmental management programs. Mr. Hackmann formerly chaired the Clean Water Subcommittee of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Committee on Environment. Mr. Hackmann is listed in "Who's Who In American Law" and the "Best Lawyers In America".
