G. Harley Blosser is a Partner in the St. Louis office of Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, where he practices Intellectual Property and Technology law. He has prosecuted numerous biotechnology and pharmaceutical patent applications and has established an impressive track record in advancing his clients' interest in molecular biology, genetics, proteomics and other frontiers of patent law and in managing complex biotechnology litigation. Mr. Blosser has counseled clients on all aspects of managing their intellectual property portfolios, including patentability and freedom to operate opinions, agreements related to the transfer and licensing of intellectual property and due diligence associated with intellectual property aspects of mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures. In recent years his clients have included Pharmacia, Monsanto, Metaphore Pharmaceuticals, Washington University, Barnes-Jewish Hospital and ISTO Technologies.
