George Dorkhom joined Greenkote plc, a coatings technology company headquartered in Ohio, in July 2011 as Non-Executive Director and became Executive Director and Chairman in September 2011. He is also a Managing Partner of AD&A Worldwide, a corporate restructuring and board services serving industrial, aerospace chemicals energy, mining minerals industries in emerging markets and is the Chairman and Executive Director of Greenkote PLC, a thermal diffusion coating technology company. Prior, he held positions of Chairman/CEO of global organizations as Ingersoll International, Messer Cutting and Welding AG, Contraves, and Oerlikon Missile managing revenue of $1.0B in manufacturing of industrial and aerospace/military equipment, including robotics, machine and cutting tools, electro-optical and imaging/laser systemsmilitar. Previously, he was a senior executive with $10B Fortune 500 companies in basic metals, power generation, oil and gas, industrial distribution, and consumer products. He is a tested turnaround CEO with deep industry exposure to general industrial, construction/mining, aerospace/defense, process and chemicals, powergen, metals and electronics/sensors. Vestas is a Pioneer in the Wind power and yet it experienced a loss in 2010 and a declining revenue of some 17% annually year over year , while the overall industry trends experience some 23% growth year over year. Was this truly a result of delays in projects and project financing or is Vestas losing it it leading market position and has problems in execution?

EADS posts a loss and cancels its dividend

In August 2009, I have contributed an analysis and predicted that EADS is in for hard time in the next couple of years and here it is, the Euro 1.5B net profit in 2008 was turned into a net loss of Euro 763M and the cancellation of dividend, an extreme measure for a European /government owned company. The worse is yet to come as the company speeds ups production and invades its backlog.

Arrow Trucking --follow ups thoughts on its real troubles

I wrote my analysis in January commenting on a company that did violated a Federal law of plant closure and the obligation of its Directors and Officers to exercise prudence in care and loyalty ot the various stakeholder,but as the regulators state now, this is a Chapter 7 filing without a precedent where the company assets and Liabilities are unknown, & no officers appeared in court or offered any explanation and where the secured lenders were defrauded..its sounds more than chapter 7.
