Greg Ibsen serves as an Advisor and Consultant with Encore Associates, a strategic advisory, sales and marketing and solutions provider to the food industry. Greg is a board member of a beverage company and serves as an advisor to a Private Equity company. Here Greg assists clients alliances, strategy new business development and sales- marketing execution. Greg also currently advises businesses who are seeking investors or liquidity under his business entity I 3 Solutions and has evaluated or sold several food related companies.Greg was until 2006, a Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing with the J.R. Simplot Company's Food Group primarily responsible for the North American Foodservice Markets. Previously he worked with Scott Paper Company's commercial products and foodservice businesses and as Vice President Sales and Marketing for Multifoods Prepared Food Division.
