Greg Schulte is the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at The Corky McMillin Companies, a large, privately-held full service residential and commercial real estate development and homebuilding company. Mr. Schulte was also a self-employed consultant, and an audit partner with the Big 4 firm KPMG LLP. Mr. Schulte specializes in real estate accounting issues (homebuilding, land development, leasing, sales of real estate, accounting for joint ventures, impairment, and FIN 46). He has significant experience auditing primarily real estate companies and restaurant chains. Mr. Schulte is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
