Hans Linhardt is the President of LTDI, Inc., a Global Business and Technology Link and Project Developer for the Industrial and Energy Industries in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific, including Australia, Singapore and Japan. Projects of up to $300 Million have been developed and feasibility contracts for projects of $1.6 billion have been accomplished. Dr. Linhardt has current global business, technology and project insight as well as geopolitical understanding of the aerospace, defense, industrial gases, gas processing, LNG, Nuclear, petrochemical, refinery, refrigeration, power, rotating machinery and process equipment industries. His expertise ranges from cryogenic to high temperature processes including Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) and global LNG chain as well as advanced Nuclear and alternate and/or renewable energy such as hydro, wind, geothermal and concentrated solar power. Dr. Linhardt is a life member of the CALTECH Alumni and Associates and has presented energy issues before the US Congress. He has also served as Expert Witness in industrial and patent causes. In the week of November 6, two significant geopolitical events took place. First, the Russian-German-E.U. Nord Stream natural gas pipeline was inaugurated and second, the Canadian-U.S. Keystone XL oil pipeline project was put on hold until after the election.

Adams Fork Energy’s company Transgas, has contracted with Uhde, a ThyssenKrupp company, to build three 18,000 (bbl/d) coal to liquids (CTL) plants with an estimated project investment of $4 billion per plant. The project uses the latest cutting edge Uhde gasification PDQ [Prenflow with quench] technology together with ExxonMobil’s methanol to gasoline process (MTL).
