Heinz-Hermann Klein is a Partner at taskforce, a Germany based interim and project management company. Mr. Klein's competency lies in the identification and implementation of strategic targets based on his international experience in medium sized family run companies over 25 years, especially when it is a question of complex products and assignment of tasks in difficult market environments. As a general manager with a broad technical and commercial knowledge as well as a pronounced sales and customer focus, restructures and restorations are his preferred fields of activity. He gained experience in compiling and implementation of strategies for companies and products, as well as in the field of development and market introduction of machine concepts and technology in the fields of mining, automobile industry and flat glass industry. Mr. Klein is also experienced in building up brands including restructuring of global sales force and brand recognition, restructuring of companies and establishment and development of subsidiaries abroad (America, Czech Republic, Poland, Spain). Previously he was Management Board Spokesman at the minerals exploration and finishing company Gebr. Dorfner GmbH & Co. Kaolin- und Kristallquarzsand-Werke KG, where he was responsible for the areas: sales and marketing, research and development, production, executive development, quality assurance, corporate communication.
